Scrapbooking Daily is a USA based, itty-bitty group run by a mother/ daughter (and a ton of other family members who pitch in 🙂 that simply love scrapbooking, card making, and crafts.

We are real people who are passionate about what we do and we really strive to serve. Making things is fun. We LIVE for it, look forward to it, troll Pintrest (oh-so-much), and spend a TON of time coming with ideas so we can share them with our fellow mad-crafters 🙂

When you email us, you are talking directly with Sarah or Kathy (or Jenny, or Cat... we've got a lotta family that can't stop making things!). We handle the design and the products, code (or at least try to) the websites, we pack boxes, take the photos, shoot the videos and everything in-between!

Because we're a two-lady show, sometimes it might take us more than a day to get back with you. If things get really crazy, a family member might hop in and help out (we send out the SOS signals:)

Membership Terms and Policies

Membership Information:

When you sign up, your membership subscription will start with standard access to already published digi stamp collections. The next calendar month, you'll gain access to the newest, unique theme we created for that month.

Monthly Delivery: Once you’ve signed up for a membership, a new collection will be delivered to your password-protected membership area automatically every month. Your payment method of record will be billed on the anniversary day of your initial enrollment.

Make Sure You Get Your Emails: We will email you when new collections have been upload, so please make sure that you whitelist our emails (to make sure they get to your inbox!) Not sure how to whitelist? Check out this quick article that explains this simple process.

When are New Collection Publishing? We try to upload new files by the 5th of the month. Occasionally weekends and/or holidays may delay that by a day or two.

New content will automatically be added to your membership area until you cancel your membership. The subscription will continue to be billed to your credit card on file until canceled by you. If you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the membership area. Members in good standing may renew at any time.

Payment Updates:

If your credit card details have changed or the expiration date has changed, please let us know immediately by filling out the form on our Contact Us Page or emailing Sarah directly at (be sure to include your full name and the email your membership is registered under).

Once we receive your request, an Update Payment Form Link will be emailed to you. Please DO NOT send your credit card information by email.

Note—To avoid failed payments, account cancelation, and/ or shipping delays, please let us know when your card needs to be updated. (We're working on a system when you can do this automatically from your membership area but until then, it has to be done the good-old manual way. )

Shipping Policy:

We usually ship items using the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Although we often charge a flat rate, we reserve the right to update shipping rates as needed (since those can change at any time)._

Please note: While we wish we could ensure that every package we ship arrives quickly and in perfect condition, sometimes things go wrong in transit. Once we send your goodies, we can no longer be responsible for delays or damage (since your package is now in the hands of others). You will receive a confirmation email with shipping information and for domestic shipments, it becomes your responsibility to contact the USPS for resolution. Please also note that, if a package is marked “Delivered” by the postal service but you did not receive it, our liability is limited to filing a claim with USPS; we cannot guarantee replacement of items that were safely delivered to your home.

Return Policy:

There are no returns on digital products. All sales are final.
If physical items happen to arrive damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get replacement pieces to you as soon as we can. If that item is no longer available, we will refund the costs.

How to Request a Membership Cancelation:

If you have signed up for a monthly membership: Upon checkout, your account will be charged for the first month of your membership. Each month thereafter, the billing date for your subscription will be on the anniversary day of your initial enrollment.
If you wish to cancel, please do so by filling out & successfully submitting the cancelation request form below...
(Keep in mind the following timelines regarding cancellations:)
  • To cancel your membership for the following month, please submit your cancelation (using the form below) at least seven (7) business days prior to your billing date. This gives us enough time to go in a manually cancel your membership (We're working a way for you to be able to do this yourself from your member area but in the meantime, it's just us, doing it by hand so thank you for your patience!)


  • Also, if you request a cancelation between our new collection launches, which run from the 28th of the month to the 5th of the following month, there will probably be an additional delay. During that time we are 100% focused on releasing new stamp/ design collections and are often not available to cancel memberships. (It's a super-busy time for us, with our tiny staff of two, so thank you so much for your understanding!)
  • If 7 business days prior to your billing date falls within our new collection launch blackout dates, your request for cancelation will not be processed until 7 business days AFTER the blackout dates.

We at ScrapbookingDaily are a cozy, small, US-based company (not a giant corporation) so we appreciate your understanding in our cancellation policy and thank you so much for your support!

ScrapbookingDaily will automatically renew your commitment month-to-month membership at the same price until you notify us using the form below that you would like to discontinue your membership. We revere the right to change prices as needed.
Please note that canceling your recurring payments with our payment processor/your credit card will not cancel your subscription with ScrapbookingDaily or our Mad Stamper Society. If canceling payment with our payment processor/your credit card, you will need to provide ScrapbookingDaily with another method of payment.
TO REQUEST A MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION: Please fill out the form below and successfully submit. We've set it up so that you should receive a confirmation email that the form was successfully submitted (so you know that it went through).
